Core Imperative Culture
Crescentem was established with the explicit cultural mandate to cultivate relationships between institutional investors and investment managers to engender trust. Our goal is to earn that privilege anew each day and to guard it as a cherished reward. Accomplishment of this cardinal imperative of investing - trust - is the only benchmark we seek to measure our success against.
We, infallibly, represent the best interests of investors at all times. Crescentem exists to, uncompromisingly, place the highest premium on integrity in an industry rife with malleable ethics.
We are proud of our willingness to take a stand on the greater purpose of investing; the fundamental recognition that - more than making money - investing requires a broad worldview and a profound appreciation of the various points of intersection with society.
Accordingly, we contend that:
- Investment markets should afford a level playing field to all involved participants, to further the best interests of investors.
- Meaningful glances and repressed passion are not enough to address the necessity for fair markets.
Therefore:
- We are engagingly expansive about the need for fair markets and equitable competition in the investment management industry.
- Our work reflects a more instructive approach.
Our conscience informs all our decisions with an investor-centric mentality. Our cultural DNA and rectitude constitute certain attributes that are ubiquitous to all our endeavors: congruent, confluent, and concentric investor focus.
